Dough Weight 16,300 kg.
Kneading Time: 3+ minutes
Dough Temperature: 27-28 °C
1. Fermentation: 10 minutes
Dough Weight: 0.500 kg or adjust to existing bread molds or as desired
2. Fermentation: about 50 minutes
Oven Temperature: It is put into the oven at 240 °C and then the temperature is lowered.
Cooking Time: 30 – 35 minutes
