Dough Weight 16,300 kg.
Kneading Time: 3 + 9 minutes
Dough Temperature: 24-26 °C
1. Fermentation: 15 minutes
Dough Weight: Adjust to existing bread molds or as desired.
2. Fermentation: about 35 minutes
Oven Temperature: It is put into the oven at 240 °C and then the temperature is lowered.
Cooking Time: Approximately 30 – 35 minutes
