Kneading time: 4 + 6 minutes
Dough temperature: 27-28 °C
1. fermentation: 10 minutes
Dough weight: 0.550 kg or adjust to existing bread molds or as desired.
2. fermentation: about 50 minutes
Oven temperature: It is put into the oven at 240 °C and then the temperature is lowered.
Cooking time: 30 – 35 minutes
